Base Salary + Commission | $80K–$120K+ OTE | W-2 Full Time Sales Focus Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team selling A3 Smart Home security systems directly to homeowners. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a residential outside sales team while driving territory performance and revenue growth. This is a full-time W-2 leadership position offering base salary plus performance-based commission and bonuses .
