Job description
- Manage the daily inventory of company materials, including receiving, storage, distribution, and record keeping. - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure consistency between physical inventory and system data. - Organize and label warehouse materials to ensure proper storage and easy access. - Monitor material usage and maintain proper check-in/check-out records to prevent loss or misuse. - Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or shortages in a timely manner. - Coordinate with relevant departments on material requests and assist with procurement planning when necessary. - Ensure warehouse safety and maintain a clean and organized storage environment. - Perform other related duties assigned by management. Requirements: - Associate degree or above preferred; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus. - Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials management preferred. - Basic proficiency in Excel or inventory management systems. - Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
