The Opportunity Researches and develops innovative medicines to address unmet medical needs, from early discovery through clinical trials to commercialization. It ensures that all products meet the highest clinical safety standards and comply with global regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing complex data, managing research processes, and maintaining technical documentation and systems. It also includes designing and implementing experimental and operational processes to support efficient product development and informed decision-making. In addition, the position leads projects and cross-functional teams, overseeing portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management. Finally, it contributes to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to enable efficient, scalable, and compliant production.
