Position Overview: The Strategic Analytics (SA) team is a core business unit within the Business Operations department of NYCEDC’s Asset Management (AM) Division. The team is responsible for division-wide oversight of budgeting, financial analysis, project management, and process automation. The Associate will support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and data processes that help inform business decisions. This role will work closely with team members to support reporting needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and contribute to improving how data is collected, analyzed, and utilized. This position is ideal for someone with foundational technical skills in business intelligence tools who is interested in building experience in data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within a real estate and asset management environment.
