Position Summary... To assist in the leadership of the Food areas and department processes through partnership with the Food Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion. What you'll do... Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. Job Responsibility #2 Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Food Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team. Job Responsibility #3 Assesses the overall presentation of Food Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
