The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying dry film photoresist on printed circuit boards, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety and quality standards. Essential Job Function: - Operate and maintain dry film application equipment, including lamination and exposure systems. - Prepare and mix dry film materials according to specifications. - Monitor the application process for consistency and quality control. - Conduct inspections to ensure that film adhesion and exposure are within required tolerances. - Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues. - Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and any quality issues. - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and quality.
