Job DetailsJob Location: Main Location - Mount Pocono, PA 18344Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeJob Shift: Any Position Overview: The Noodle Bar Cook is responsible for preparing recipes, hot & cold food items and assisting in all kitchen activities to ensure that guests receive high quality food items in a timely manner. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Essential Job Functions: Knowledge of Chinese Cuisine and preparation. Knowledgeable of all recipes, presentations & criteria of service for their assigned station. Must possess the ability to work various stations assigned by the chef or Sous chef within their designated outlet. Must be able to identify and correct food preparation and presentation that is not in accordance with standards set by Executive Chef and outlet Chef. Executes the methods of preparation, portion sizes, and timeliness of food preparation; control food usage to minimize waste. Must be able to follow and execute standardized recipes as instructed.
