Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The Director, Real Estate Marketing leads the development of strategic marketing programs, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market initiatives to support Clear Channel Outdoor’s Real Estate and Public Affairs (REPA) team and their efforts to expand and protect Clear Channel’s nationwide network of Out of Home advertising inventory. Working in close partnership with EVP of Real Estate and Public Affairs, the Director is responsible for crafting messaging, positioning strategies and marketing materials that communicate Clear Channel’s value proposition and unique solutions to property owners, governmental authorities, and other key influencers and decision makers who impact Clear Channel’s Real Estate development efforts. This role serves as a strategic partner to Real Estate leadership, supporting revenue growth, acceleration of digital deployment, and modernizing marketing processes across the REPA organization.
