The role designed for you: In your role as Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of our Customer Care Export team based in Fabriano and you will bring your contribution in achieving the company sales target, providing an excellent level of customer service to our client’s word wide. You will perform sales orders and sampling in our ERP system (SAP), from entry to dispatch. You will organize shipments to customers, track orders to deliver, and address post-sale shipping issues. You will be the assigned point of reference for a group of Area Managers & External Agents, supporting them in managing customer requests and developing new business opportunities.
