AI Technical Product Manager Location: Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Portugal, home-based Role Description: We are seeking an AI Technical Product Manager/Product Owner to own Agentic AI products across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production. This role is responsible for translating product intent and business needs into clear, testable, agent‑ready requirements, and for ensuring that autonomous and semi‑autonomous agents deliver the expected outcomes in real‑world, regulated environments. Operating as part of the ATS CAITI Core Development Team, the AI Product Owner owns the product backlog, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready, and acts as the primary execution‑time liaison between Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA/Validation, and Business. The role works closely with the AI Product Manager to support scope and prioritization decisions, while maintaining day‑to‑day ownership of product execution.
