3 days per week | $84,000- $90,000 + super ( $140,000- $150,000 FTE) | Hybrid (Macquarie Park & WFH): KidsXpress is a children’s mental health charity helping to transform the lives of children impacted by adversity. We deliver trauma-informed Expressive Therapy to children under 12, alongside education services for parents, teachers and professionals who care for them. Following a significant period of organisational growth, KidsXpress is focused on strengthening long-term sustainability and building a more diversified and resilient funding base. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Head of Fundraising to lead this next phase. Reporting to the CEO, this role is a member of the Executive Team and leads KidsXpress’ fundraising strategy and function across philanthropy, grants, donor engagement, partnerships, events and community fundraising. The role is responsible for strengthening fundraising capability, supporting revenue diversification and building sustainable fundraising foundations across the organisation.
