Fiber Project Manager - Operations: Do you want to make sure people, businesses, and society stay connected — by helping us maintain and protect the fiber Infrastructure of Finland? To be part of this journey, we believe you’ll need: - Project management experience within fiber or telecom-related environments - Experience working with local authorities and municipalities - A driver’s license and comfort with on-site work - Fluent Finnish (mandatory) and proficient English skills - Based on or willing to relocate to Helsinki About the role and the team: At GlobalConnect, we don’t just build infrastructure. We safeguard it. As a Fiber Project Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in making sure our fiber network stays safe, smart, and ready for the future. You’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring that our cables are exactly where they need to be — and not where they shouldn’t. From managing contractors to liaising with local authorities and planning maintenance or repairs, you’ll work to minimize disruptions, avoid incidents, and keep the quality high and costs down.
