Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Corporate Headquarters - Rothschild, WI 54474Job Title: Assistant Scheduler Position Summary: Wausau Tile is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Scheduler to support production planning in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment. This part-time, split-duty role is responsible for transforming customer demand into executable Manufacturing Orders (MOs) using our Infor XA ERP system. The Assistant Scheduler will primarily support Site Furnishings while also providing cross-functional scheduling support for Precast Concrete and Terrazzo departments as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of working independently. Other assigned duties will include conducting daily cycle counts, and, as needed (about 25% of the time) review and update bills-of-materials and routings, conduct time studies on the plant floor, or perform product inspections.
