Job description
The Manager, Global Loyalty Marketing is responsible for delivering commercial and loyalty performance through the planning, development and implementation of global and regional campaigns and initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally across our GMSS and L&P teams to build Global and AMER loyalty marketing solutions that drive revenue, increase program acquisitions and deepen member engagement. Your day to day: Manage internal/external agency and partner relationships to ensure clear communications in briefing process and throughout campaign development and execution, while building strong, trusting relationships across the organization to support overall team objectives. - Build and deliver Loyalty & Partnerships marketing and communications plans to drive in-the-year commercial performance. - Optimize campaign messaging, relevancy and reach through a keen understanding of market performance needs. - Activate quick-turn Loyalty & Partnerships Marketing solutions including building of offer/messaging constructs, go-to-market plans, and through final deployment and ongoing enhancements. - Facilitate planning conversations with cross functional team members to align on and...
