AND This position is NOT REMOTE The IT Support Technician works with the IT Support Technician Lead to provide technical assistance and support to the company and its employees. The successful candidate will maintain and provide efficient support for any IT system resources, such as computers, email, phone, and networks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the setup, configuration, repair, break/fix, moves/add/changes, and integration of new and existing computing hardware, software, and other computer-related technologies and peripherals - Track, manage, and own technology support requests received daily. - Leverage all required support teams to resolve support issues and provide clear, professional, and timely updates to employees and IT staff - On-call availability to respond to support requests and flexible work schedule to respond to the needs of the business - Must be a self-starter who requires only limited supervision/guidance, able to work independently and autonomously - Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment in the storage room to comply with department standards - Continuously develop and enhance knowledge,...
