About the role: Create Meaningful Change Every Day MacKillop Family Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Out of Home Care team. In this role, you’ll support children and young people with complex needs within a therapeutic residential home environment. As a Residential Youth Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stable, and nurturing home. You’ll respond to daily care and emotional needs while supporting young people to build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills.
