The Quality Technician analyzes diverse quality situations to result in solutions, verifying the quality of a variety of parts, products and processes. Provides guidance and training to QA team members in following the established quality control techniques for maintaining the quality of manufacturing operations Hours: D shift: 6:45p-7am, Wednesday/Thursday - Saturday Pay Range: $18.00 an hour or more depending on experience. What Will You Do?: - Establish Receiving Inspection Process in Extrusion - Experience in Problem Solving - Root cause analysis - CDIs - Kaizen - RCCM - RPS - Warranty claims analysis in Extrusion - Six Sigma - Strong 5S skills - Sets up existing quality conformance criteria and control charts and monitors for adherence to established QA and Toro standards. - Performs inspection of existing layouts for exiting, new, or modified to...
