About the Role: Disability Support Practioner At Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), our Disability Support Practioners do more than provide support—they enhance lives. In this role, you’ll empower young people with disabilities to live more independently, achieve their goals, and thrive. You’ll be a trusted mentor, supporter, and advocate—helping our clients build confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging. About the Lifestyles Youth Program: Working with clients aged 13–28, you’ll be part of our dynamic Youth Program—where no two days are the same.
