Red Lily Health Board is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service delivering primary health care across West Arnhem Land, supporting communities in Warruwi, Minjilang, Gunbalanya and Jabiru. We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to help shape the next stage of our organisational workforce development as Red Lily continues to grow and strengthen its services across the region. This role will lead to the continued development of our People & Culture function, supporting the organisation to move toward a more strategic, people-focused approach. Working closely with the Business Manager and Executive team, the successful candidate will play a key role in implementing Red Lily’s Workforce Development Plan, strengthening recruitment and retention practices and developing practical HR systems, policies and tools that support leaders and teams across the organisation.
