Position Overview: The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent and Project Manager in managing overall project execution and field operations. This role ensures smooth project progression by coordinating trades, maintaining safety and quality standards, and managing daily site logistics. In the absence of the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent assumes full supervisory responsibilities. Key responsibilities include scheduling, facilitating inspections, maintaining as-built documentation, overseeing deliveries and laydown areas, enforcing cleanliness and safety, and leading project closeout and training efforts.
