POSITION SUMMARY: The Job Developer supports youth workforce development programming by cultivating meaningful worksite placements and ensuring high-quality employment experiences for participants enrolled in our youth employment programs. The Job Developer works closely with program staff, youth participants, and community employers to support successful placements, compliance, and skill-building outcomes.
