Job Summary The HSE Supervisor will lead a team of HSE specialist tasked with the implementation and maintenance of company-wide strategies and processes necessary to manage a broad spectrum of increasing regulatory and enforcement activities to help ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws and regulations. The HSE Supervisor will be required to collaborate with senior HSE management and Operations leadership to resolve strategic issues including but not limited to leading Incident investigations, development of HSE staff, reviewing and monitoring compliance programs and initiatives, ensuring the emergency response preparedness for operating area(s), being knowledgeable in operations including Drilling, Completions, Production, and Workover. Duties and Responsibilities: Exhibits effective leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills in daily interactions and team collaboration.
