Summary: The Parts Washer operates parts washing machines, phosphate pressure washers, cranes, and hoists in order to clean parts prior to assembly or painting. Responsibilities: - Loads and unloads parts from skids / cranes into the parts washer phosphate to prepare for fusion bonding. - Preps parts for painting. - Loads and unloads wash equipment. - Quality checks of debris removal after cleaning. - Perform necessary paperwork (labor tickets, inspection sheets, etc) - Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time. - Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space. - Performs all assignments in accordance with safety spec...
