JOB TITLE: Senior System Administrator DEPARTMENT: IT – Infrastructure Servers REPORTS TO: Mgr – IT Systems STATUS: Exempt JOB CODE: 1704: PAY SCALE: $100,500.00 - $110,000.00 Annually GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Senior System Administrator is responsible for advanced level administration, maintenance, and support. Under minimal supervision, the scope of responsibility includes software and hardware installation, project coordination, performance control and complex system enhancement for Golden 1 systems. This job requires strong knowledge and experience dealing with implementation and issue resolution of Microsoft server platforms and desktop technologies from versions 20012 R2 to current (standard to enterprise), clustered and non-clustered systems, Veritas Net Backup, VMware ESXi servers, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and storage platforms including enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies.
