Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Industrial Engineer I-III based at our Berea, KY manufacturing plant. What you will do: Support the design, setup, and improvement of material‑handling systems such as supermarkets, kitting areas, and milk‑run routes. Maintain and update material‑flow data, including bill of materials, engineering changes, and new product or process introductions. Analyze material movement to identify bottlenecks, improve flow, and enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Monitor impacts of manufacturing or process changes and adjust material‑flow strategies accordingly. Collaborate with production, supply chain, engineering, and other teams to provide recommendations and support improvement initiatives. Assist with planning and scheduling systems to reduce queue times and support just‑in‑time delivery.
