Global Engineering Manager – Southern Europe & AMEA About the job: Location: Çorlu or Istanbul, Turkey – Hybrid / Onsite Company: Flora Food Group Reporting to: Head of Industrial Capex Management Flora Food Group is seeking an experienced Global Engineering Manager to lead capital project delivery across Southern Europe and AMEA. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end Capex projects, ensuring delivery on time, in full, and within budget, while improving manufacturing performance and supporting long-term growth. What You Will Do: Lead end-to-end Capex project delivery across Turkey, Indonesia, and AMEA region. Manage project portfolio with annual investments of approximately €5–10 million. Drive greenfield and brownfield expansion projects. Conduct feasibility studies and develop cost estimations. Lead project planning, execution, and change management processes. Ensure alignment with global engineering standards and best practices. Identify and deliver value-creating manufacturing initiatives.
