About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an independent and self-starting analytics professional who will focus on data engineering, modeling, and AI deployment to enable identification and mitigation of current and emerging risks, including employee misconduct, employee-enabled fraud, regulatory, and reputational risks. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the transformation of our analytics team as we move into an AI-assisted analytics environment. In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will acquire, model and prepare data used to operationalize data-driven detection strategies and will take AI/machine learning solutions from prototype to production. This position within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) will be required to partner across risk functions to provide operational support that helps deliver products and services to customers.
