Completes patient records in a timely manner. Provides instruction (teaching) to patients and/or family members. Minimum Education: Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure in Physical Therapist Assistant Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting. Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Effective time management skills. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provides clinical patient care by administering appropriate treatment. Progresses patient treatment as appropriate. Assists RPT in modifying and re-setting functional goals. Carries patient load that reflects productivity standards.
