Overview The Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area has the opportunity to build and expand the Boys & Girls Club movement across Kentucky’s Capital Region—anchored in Frankfort and extending into the growing Lexington market and surrounding communities. With one Club currently operating, the organization is at a pivotal stage of development, creating the foundation for a broader regional network of Clubs that will serve youth across central Kentucky. Situated between Frankfort, the seat of Kentucky’s state government, and Lexington, one of the state’s most dynamic and fast-growing cities, the organization is uniquely positioned to cultivate partnerships with civic leaders, school districts, universities, philanthropic partners, and businesses that share a commitment to youth success.
