Position Title: Custodial Project Manager Location: Remote (30-40% Travel will be required to multiple locations within WI) Salary Range: $60,000-65,000 Annually: Employment Class: Exempt- Full Time Regular Position Summary: The Custodial Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and compliance of janitorial services across multiple contract locations. This role ensures services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, company standards, and customer expectations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for employees and the COR, while maintaining accountability for staffing, quality control, reporting, and operational continuity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Contract Operations Management o Oversee weekly custodial operations across multiple assigned locations o Ensure all services are performed at a minimum frequency of once per week, or as required by contact o Track, coordinate, and execute all required annual and semi-annual custodial tasks in accordance with contract requirements and established schedules o Provide coverage for janitorial services during employee call-outs, vacancies, or unforeseen circ...
