Hybrid: Longueuil, Quebec Job Description: Job Summary Location: Longueuil, (Québec) - Greater Montreal Area Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Secretary, the Director, Legal Counsel will be a key contributing member to the legal team, providing high quality legal advice and guidance to Les Franchises Chico inc.’s Quebec-based operations, and generally supporting Chico’s affiliates’ legal affairs company-wide as assigned. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the business, leading complex legal matters across corporate and commercial affairs, with significant focus on real estate, leasing, franchising and regulatory compliance, as well as contract negotiations, information technology and cyber security, employment and more. This role requires excellent proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written. The ideal candidate will be located in the Greater Montreal area.
