Job description
Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lead the strategy, design, implementation, ongoing program management, policies and procedures, selection and management of related systems, and governance committees for HR Compliance and Risk Management, Employee Relations, and Safety/Crisis Management practices. Ensure the proper tracking, implementation, and training of employment laws, regulations, and industry practices. Oversee the regular review, update, and management of HR policies and key risk register, and establish framework to monitor and test controls put in place to ensure HR compliance, minimize risk, and ensure the timely response to audit requests. Work collaboratively with HR, Legal, Risk and Compliance, and Audit teams and provide coaching and consulting as needed. Responsible for HR Compliance and Risk Management reporting.
