Title: Extra Help Grounds Worker Division Name: Finance and Planning Department: Campus Services Division / Grounds Job Summary: To perform general grounds work applicable to the season. Additional Information: Benefits include time away from work for eligible employees and the option to participate in the University’s 403(b) Plan . Salary Rate / Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license. *Experience is recommended Work Hours: Shift/hours to be determined; not to exceed 28 per week. Functional Expectations: Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation: Ability to stand for long periods of time; must be able to bend, twist, kneel or crouch for up to three hours at a time; manual dexterity for transplanting and floral design; Ability to lift 75 pounds. Work Environment- Temperature can reach extremes in the summer months during planting and maintenance seasons. Work is performed both indoors and out.
