Responsibilities The Account Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic oversight of employer accounts. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role represents the company in cultivating strong, consultative relationships with employers and brokers/producers. The Account Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service, drive retention, and ensure the effective execution of client strategies.
