Description Job Summary: The Certified Medical Assistant provides professional clinical care for patients following established standards and practices. Assist patients before, during and after the visit with compassion and empathy. Provides quality patient care under the direct supervision of the Providers while directly reporting to the Regional Office Supervisor. Requirements: Job Responsibilities: - Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations - Greet patients and visitors in a timely, friendly and professional manner; provide exceptional customer service - Verify patient demographics and applicable insurance benefits; maintain accurate electronic patient records - Assist patients with check-in process - Coordinate with clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow within the clinic - Communicate updates to patients timely - Prepare, restock and sterilize examination rooms, procedure rooms, lab area and all other patient care areas per established policies and procedures - Accompany patients to examination or treatment room, measure and record vital signs, review patient’s medical hist...
