POSITION SUMMARY : The Network Specialist is responsible for day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring network stability and security. They monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, resolve connectivity issues, and implement security measures. They also provide user support and training and collaborate on network upgrades and expansions. $24.00-$31.00 per hour ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supports and maintains servers, networks, desktop hardware, software, and applications - Identity Management in Entra, active directory and OneLogin - Group Policy cleanup, design and implementation - Management and maintenance of mobile devices in Intune and Apple Business Manager - Support on/off boarding of employees and devices - Maintains the backups, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, internet access, office systems and application support - Maintains current firewall and VPN architecture - Review/support current WAN and LAN infrastructure including various remote connectivity - Management of various software systems to support infrastructure including SIEM, RMM and other management tools - Ownership of Patch Management and application cl...
