Role Overview EST or CST based: The Senior Corporate Counsel (Fixed-Term Contract) will provide senior-level legal support to StarCompliance’s Legal Department during a defined period. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic legal advice and hands-on execution across commercial contracting, compliance, and legal operations. The successful candidate will operate independently, manage complex legal matters, and support business-critical initiatives while ensuring continuity and efficiency within the Legal function. Key Responsibilities: - Independently draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership arrangements - Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations - Support revenue-generating activities while ensuring appropriate legal risk management - Manage a high volume of contracts and legal requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery - Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes to enhance efficiency - Provide support on compliance matters, including data privacy, informati...
