Your Work Matters As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic evolution of Floor & Decor connected customer experiences. You will be responsible for defining and executing a product vision that grows customer loyalty, drives conversion, and supports business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and user behavior, with a focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and high-performing digital experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, merchandising, UX, engineering, and analytics to shape the roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing the product lifecycle, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results.
