Technology Support Specialist Location: Oglesby, IL: Pay: Up to $25 per hour (DOE) John’s Service & Sales is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Technology Support Specialist to support our field supervisors, estimators, and project managers. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring our team can efficiently utilize company software and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on technical support to field supervisors, estimators, and project managers - Assist with data entry, document management, and system updates across multiple platforms - Support and troubleshoot issues within company software, including job tracking and project management tools - Maintain and organize digital files, drawings, and project documentation - Assist with uploading, editing, and managing plans and submittals - Ensure accurate and timely entry of project data, job costing, and reporting information - Train and assist team members on proper use of software and technology tools - Coordinate with internal teams to improve workflows and efficiency through technology - Help maintain company hardware, software updates, and user acces...
