Junior Tax Consultant: What can you expect?: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Tax Consultant to join the Tax Operations team at a transformational time in both the business and the global tax landscape. The successful candidate will be based in Marsh McLennan’s Warsaw Tax Team and will be involved in supporting the U.S. and global tax compliance and operations. You will also have the chance to influence and help effect systems and process changes. You’ll be an integral part of the global Tax department and will work closely with other stakeholders. We will count on you to: Prepare U.S. information tax returns for non-US entities (U.S. Forms 5471, 8858, 8865) as well as state and local tax returns, estimated tax calculations, and related payment requisitions Assist in preparing the U.S. consolidated tax return, including reporting on non-U.S. branches of U.S. corporations Assist in the preparation of the consolidated U.S. GAAP based tax provision, including preparing consolidating workpapers and support for book tax entries.
