Summary The Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) and Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH), Department of Pediatrics – Critical Care Medicine (CCM) is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of attending critical care physicians, advanced practice providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants), post¬doctoral fellows, and research support personnel committed to the care of patients suffering from a life-threatening illness or injury. The Division of Critical Care Medicine is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time role as Senior Coordinator, Business Operations to support the Intensive Care Units (ICU) faculty, staff, and trainees. Job Duties: - Coordinates the day-to-day business and financial processes in support of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU) faculty. - Schedules interviews on behalf of the hiring managers and supported faculty. - Creates and maintain Voyager accounts on the TCH platform. - Monitors financial activity by compiling, reviewing, and reconciling financial accounts. - Reviews expenditures from fund sources to verify accuracy, need, and compliance. - Processes bi-weekly supplemental payments for faculty. - Assists with onboarding faculty...
