Position Overview: Under the direction of the Clinical Education Manager, the Scientific Communications Specialist will be responsible for initiating, developing, and executing scientific communication and education tools that cover topics in the areas of nutrition science, dietary supplementation, and human physiology. This role requires a scientific background with advanced training in nutrition science, the ability to interpret and critically assess the research literature, and excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, presenting). Essential Functions: - Effectively translate research findings and scientific concepts into compelling educational tools for healthcare professionals (HCPs). - Ensure that scientific education tools are clinically relevant and aligned with the organization’s vision, strategy, and tactics. - Plan and develop white papers that integrate the findings from original research at Standard Process with the wider scientific literature. - Plan and develop technical product fact sheets and track fact sheets that need updates. - Interface with the internal R&D organization via consistent touchpoints and collaboration opportunities.
