Network Engineer, Mid The Opportunity: A well-designed network is critical to move data and enable organizations to achieve their missions, but how can an organization make sure their network will fit their current and evolving needs? Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That’s why we need you, a network engineer who knows how to develop the exact network the DoD needs. As a Network Engineer, you will help develop, modernize, and sustain secure and resilient network capabilities that support critical defense operations. You’ll use your skills in network design, architecture, Layer 2/3 technologies, and system interoperability to improve reliability, availability, and performance across mission‑focused environments. You will also contribute to engineering efforts including implementation planning, technical reviews, test activities, and upgrades supporting enterprise‑wide modernization.
