Day - 10 Hour (United States of America) This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview: The Pharmacist-in-Charge is responsible for the daily operations and activities of the assigned Pharmacy area. This position ensures that the pharmacy area meets all regulatory and compliance requirements and adheres to best practice standards. The Pharmacist in Charge is responsible for implementation of new policies and procedures. This position participates in planning and policy making for the assigned area under the direction of the Assistant Director/Pharmacy Manager. Locations: Stanford Health Care What you will do: - Provides oversight and direction to the employees in the pharmacy in accordance with SHC’s policies and procedures. Coaches and develops staff including training new pharmacy team members in the pharmacy. Delegates responsibility and expects accountability from pharmacy team members.
