About the Role: As a Monitoring and Assurance Engineer in C4i Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of IT systems and services through proactive monitoring and operational assurance. You will implement and manage monitoring tools, analyse system health, and provide insights to prevent incidents, minimise downtime, and support continuous service improvement.
