Position Overview: As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Precision Oncology sales representatives, and leading all account activity for select products within the Precision Oncology portfolio within your designated region, which may include OncoDetect (MRD), OncoExTra, RiskGuard (Hereditary Cancer Testing), and Cancerguard (Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test). Your main focus will be in these areas: driving sales results, Leadership, Planning, Project Management, People Development, and Communication. You are expected to continually develop the skills of individuals within your team and ensure that your region produces sales volume at or above the assigned region sales quota.
