POSITION SUMMARY: The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing training programs that uphold and elevate the Nemacolin's luxury service standards. This role plays a critical part in cultivating a culture of excellence, ensuring all associates deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Forbes Five-Star standards. The ideal candidate is a dynamic educator and strategic thinker with a proven track record in curriculum development and luxury hospitality training. This is an on-site opportunity within a private resort setting and requires flexibility to support training across various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
