Description The Economics and Business Analytics Department in the College of Business at the University of New Haven invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant / Associate Professor level beginning in Fall of 2019. This position includes teaching, service, and research expectations along with a responsibility to take an active role in cooperatively developing and growing applied analytics opportunities across the programs in the College of Business. We are seeking candidates with qualifications and teaching & research interests in applied business analytics fields such as Sport Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Accounting AI Analytics, and Hospitality Analytics. Candidates must have completed or be in the process of completing a PhD or DBA in Operations Management, Decision Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong applicants should be versatile, with an ability to teach a variety of courses in the analytics field. Candidates with proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and expertise in data/decision analytics, optimization, business modeling, data visualization, and data mining are especially encouraged to apply.
