Job description

Role Responsibilities: - Provides friendly, excellent service to all customers entering restaurant while conducting assigned duties according to procedures. - Supplies guests with menus and helps fill guests’ food/beverage orders. - Handles payments from guests, operates cash register and properly settle checks according to procedures and guidelines established by management. - Accounts for assigned cash drawers, all money received and all transactions recorded during shifts. - Records all tips collected from credit cards and comps. - Handles and solves any concerns/questions from customers. - Immediately greets and seats guests with a smile and initiates the execution of the “great service experience”. - Responsible for seating and rotating lines while recognizing and developing rapport with our VIP’s.
