Serves as support person, providing quality customer service to Consumer/Small Business and loan applicants as an integral part of the Division's strategy of deposit development and loan growth. Performs administrative/secretarial duties necessary to direct in the preparation of Consumer/Small Business loan documentation and paperwork. Complies with all WTB credit policies and procedures; controls the quality of new credit through adherence to all WTB credit policies and procedures and maintains awareness of sales/referral goals. Provides administrative, project and technical support to the entire Credit Resource Center. Qualifications: Compensation: CRC Lending Specialist I: $ 18.99 - $28.52 per hour CRC Lending Specialist II: $20.67 - $31.03 per hour The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA.
